Research Interests:   My research focuses on the history of ancient Israel in its Near Eastern context. My expertise lies in matters concerned with ancient chronological reckoning, cross-cultural interaction in the eastern Mediterranean, and historical analysis of biblical texts from Israel’s monarchic period.
